1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the X-Eagle Courier website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes outside of booking courier services
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Booking & Service Terms

When you book a courier service:

• You must provide accurate information about the cargo and delivery locations
• Collection times are estimates and subject to availability
• Payment is due upon booking unless alternative arrangements are made
• You accept liability for the contents of your cargo
• You must ensure cargo is appropriately packaged for safe transport

4. Liability & Insurance

X-Eagle Courier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Standard public liability insurance is included. For high-value items, additional insurance should be discussed and arranged prior to booking.

5. Restricted Content

You may not use our services to transport:

• Illegal substances or items
• Dangerous goods (without proper certification and notice)
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Weapons or explosives
• Items that could harm people or property

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled collection time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of collection may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Out of Hours Surcharges

Additional charges apply for services outside standard business hours:

• Evening (6pm-9pm): +30%
• Night (9pm-7am): +50%
• Saturday: +25%
• Sunday: +40%
• Bank Holidays: +50%

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed upon booking.

9. Disclaimers

The materials on X-Eagle Courier's website are provided for informational purposes only. X-Eagle Courierdoes not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.

X-Eagle Courier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other force majeure events.

10. Modifications to Services

X-Eagle Courier reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice to existing customers.

11. Limitation of Liability

X-Eagle Courier's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the delivery service. This limitation applies to all causes of action, regardless of their nature.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
